Salami Card Game
Salami Card Game is a free-to-play Android card game. This card game pits your luck and skill against your opponents. Each player is dealt nine cards. The objective is to win two consecutive sets.
The game is played clockwise and the dealer shuffles and cuts the deck once before dealing. Players begin by assessing their cards and declaring an amount they wish to reach (similar to bidding in Skat). If the declarer and his partner successfully make this score, they win the game.
If a player can’t follow suit, trump or overtrump as required by the rules, the opposing player immediately wins the game. In addition, if anyone announces a meld without specifying which cards make up the sequence, the opposing player can reveal this information and show all of his cards.
There are several variants of the game, including the Schieber variation for four players that was featured in the popular Swiss TV show Samschtig Jass. Another variation is called Molotow and is a variant of Jass for three or four players. In this version, the cards are dealt as if four players were present (nine cards to each hand in batches of three), but one set is left aside. This allows the players to switch their hands for the spare set, which changes the strategy of playing the game.
If you want to play this card game on your computer, there are a number of Android emulators that can be used for Windows. These emulators allow you to run Android apps on your PC, with a full desktop experience and faster processing speed.
